| 1 | Passing Marks for each subject: 50% percent. | ||
| 2 | Exemption Marks from each subject: 55% percent. | ||
| 3 | All the above papers of Part-I and Part-II are compulsory. | ||
| 4 | Students failing in ONE subject of Part-I, shall be eligible for promotion to B.A. (Law), Part- II. | ||
| 5 | Students passing both the Parts of B.A. Law, attaining 55% aggregate of the total marks, would only be eligible for admission to LL.B. (Hons.), classes | ||
| NOTE: (i). Six Papers, i.e. 1 to 3 of both Parts I & II, B.A. (Law), shall be taught as per syllabus prescribed by University of Karachi. (ii). Law Papers 4 & 5 of both the Parts shall be taught as per syllabus approved in conformity with the guidelines provided by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and Pakistan Bar Council subject to weightage of each paper. | |||
