ELIGIBILITY, ADMISSION AND ENROLMENT FOR LL.B. DEGREE
A) ELIGIBILITY FOR FEL / LL.B.–I :

1. Second Division Bachelor Degree, in any discipline form any Higher Education Commission & Pakistan Bar Council’s recognized University / Institute.

Document required :

1. Duly attested certified copy of Bachelor’s Degree or Mark Certified in Original;
2. Attested copy of Secondary School Certificate;
3. Character Certificate of the institute last attended;
4. Attested copy of National Identity Card;
5. Attested photocopy of Migration Certificate (for those student who have awarded Bachelor’s degree by another University than University of Karachi)
6. Three passport size photograph
7. Undertaking

ADMISSION:

1. Prospectus & Application / Admission from can be obtained from admission office on payment of prescribe fee on a particular payment challan / voucher, through Allied Bank Limited, Saima Trade Central I.I. Chundrigar Road Branch.
2. Complete the admission / application form and submit the same to the admission office for provisional admission, along-with paid up college copy of Admission / tuition fee in the said Bank. The admission will be considered provisional on payment of all college due till the student is enrolled with University of Karachi.
3. Foreign students desirous to seek admission will have to submit their application to the higher education commission & Ministry of education, Government of Pakistan.

ENROLMENT:
A student seeking admission to FEL / LL.B.-I, is required to submit Enrolment Form for registration with university of Karachi, as and when directed by the institution. The Enrolment from must accompany following documents:-

1. Duly filled in enrolment form;
2. Attested photocopy of Bachelor’s degree or Mark Certificate in Original:
3. Migration Certificate in original (for those student, who have done their graduation from another University then University of Karachi);
4. Attested Copy of NIC
5. Three passport size photograph;
6. Equivalence Certificate from University of Karachi (only for the students, graduated from Foreign Universities)
   
   

ELIGIBILITY & PROMOTION TO BL-II (LL.B., Second year):-

1. Passing FEL / BL-I, Examination in all seven subjects; OR
2. Passing Five papers of FEL / BL-I, with 50% aggregate marks;

Documents Required:-

1. Photocopy of FEL / BL-I, mark certificate
2. Photocopy of NIC & Enrolment Card;
3. Three passport size photographs

Note: If a student has passed his/her FEL / BL-I, from any other University or Institution, then he is required to seek equivalence & get himself / herself enrolled with University of Karachi.

ELIGIBILITY & PROMOTION TO LL.B. (Final):-

1. Passion FEL & BL-II, Examination in all fourteen subjects; OR
2. Passing FEL in all seven papers and passing five papers of BL-II, with 50% aggregate marks;

Documents Required:-

1. Photocopy of FEL & BL-II, mark certificates;
2. Photocopy of NIC & Enrolment Card;
3. Three passport size photographs

Note: If a student has passed his / her BL-II, from any other University or Institute the he is required to seek equivalence & get himself / herself enrolled with University of Karachi.
